VACHNAAS
I could not say
That joy and sorrow in this life
Is sin and merit in another birth.
As it is said,
Wisdom ariseth from conference,
Shiva from wisdom, and deliverance
From Shiva: deliverance is nowhere else' -
Sorrow and joy are from attachment; but
It is not to be assumed
That sin and merit arise
From the inherited past,
Kapila SiddhaMallikaarjuna!
- Shri Siddharameshwar
Whoever worsips at whatever time,
The joy of worshipping art Thou, O Lord!
It's Thou that movest body and soul,
Kapila Siddha Mallikarjuna !
- Shri Siddharameshwar
He only is a Bhakta, Sir,
Whose piety is not conscious of itself;
He only is a Mahesh, Sir,
Who is not conscious of attainment though
He has attained.
Success and failure come but once, Look you, Kapila SiddhaMallikarjuna!
- Shri Siddharameshwar
